Step 1: Raise the Issue with the Worker
In the first instance, please discuss the issue directly with the worker involved. You must also put your concerns in writing, and ensure it is clearly labelled as a complaint. This can be done by:

Please include all relevant details to help us understand and address your concerns effectively.
Response time: We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days.
Step 2: Escalate to the Business Owner
If you are not satisfied with the response from the worker, you may escalate your complaint to the business owner. Please direct your written complaint to:
